Sousuke "Taki" Kawahara (川原滝介) is the protagonist of God of Stackers' main story.

Backstory[edit]
Taki grew up in Nishino alongside his childhood friend Ayano. When she left for New Tokyo at fourteen to become a Stacker, Taki declined to join her, believing he had no Artifact affinity. He stayed behind, supporting his family through odd jobs and finishing high school.

- His given name is Sousuke; "Taki" is a nickname derived from an alternate reading of the kanji 滝 in his name.
